Our Return Policy

Beer Caddie accepts returns of undamaged and unused Beer Caddies with the tag still on the product for a full refund of the product price within 15 days of complete purchase. Items received 15 to 30 days of purchase will be refunded via store credit.

The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to return the Beer Caddie and will receive a refund or store credit once Beer Caddie has been received. Return labels will not be provided.

If you need to return an item, please get in touch with us with your order number and reason for return at thebeercaddie@gmail.com. Please put in the subject line “RETURN INQUIRY - order #” and the reason why you are returning the Beer Caddie in the email.

What if my Beer Caddie came damaged when I received it?

  • Please email our team at thebeercaddie@gmail.com and we will take you through the process of helping you! Please put in the subject line “RETURN INQUIRY - order #” and in your email, please take pictures of the damaged Beer Caddie and packaging. Please be aware that if you take the tag off, we will not be able to refund the Beer Caddie.

Can I exchange my Beer Caddie for a different design?

  • You will have to go through the refund process of returning your Beer Caddie and then will need to rebuy the other design. 

What address do I send the Beer Caddie to?

  • When you email us, we will provide you the full details of where to send the Beer Caddie. 

Should I return my Beer Caddie?

  • No Way Bro or Gal!! The Beer Caddie is a perfect mobile cooler that you can bring anywhere on your back while keeping both your hands open to hold even more beer sor swing a golf club. On top of that, the Beer Caddie fits perfectly in your golf bag and provides the perfect place to put your drink when you get a birdie. So no, you should not return the Beer Caddie.
